        Associated materials

Following Suart's retirement in 1986, the VP Academic's Office discontinued "Administration" as a primary category in its file classification system. Correspondence with administrative departments was moved to a new secondary category under the "University"; for this correspondence with Suart's successors and the departments that reported to them, see:

        F-200-1-6, University matters. Vice-President, Administrative Services (1984-1993).
        F-200-1-7, University matters. Vice-President, Financial Services (1985-1999).
