GIB first started offering draft Island Lager in a take home mini keg or 'Party Keg' in May 1986. The kegs came in 10L, 15L and 20L sizes. Larger kegs were also made available to licensees and pubs beginning in May 1986.
Sub-sub-series consists of 4 issues of the BC Beer Front News, the newsletter of CAMRA BC's predecessor organization. An earlier group of CAMRA Canada members based in the Lower Mainland incorporated as CAMRA BC in 1985. They met regularly and produced a newsletter for several years, but their registration as a BC Society had lapsed and they were no longer active by 1990 when the new group based in Victoria incorporated separately as CAMRA BC.
